Important information regarding the Ashdene homewares: these items are not made in Australia, however we work with high class international suppliers, producing products of premium standard. We do everything we can to monitor and maintain quality and we aim to deliver a range which is affordable for most people and this could not be achieved if doing items which are made in Australia.
We can guarantee that the artist was engaged ethically and is bound by a contract that sees the artist fairly treated and financially compensated for all sales in this range.
In buying from the artist directly you are further ensuring proceeds of the sales remain with the artist.
Important information regarding image quality:
Our images will be reflected differently on the different types of products they are printed on. Please understand that the quality of the image printed on a drink bottle will not the same as a print or the same as a puzzle - each product is different. The image quality on the Ladelle range is not as vibrant as our prints, this is solely related to the products they are printing on. By purchasing these items you agree that you have read this statement and agree to that. We will not refund for a change of mind.
Once your parcel has been collected for postage you will receive an automated tracking link from Australia Post.
Some important information regarding Australia Post deliveries:
Due to COVID-19 and reduced delivery days we are finding that postage can take extra time to come through. You will receive an automated tracking number and link - please use this to track your parcel, it will give your an estimated time frame for delivery, once that date has passed an investigation can be launched directly with Australia Post to track your parcel. We do not have any control over delivery once your parcel has been sent. We do not recommend paying extra for an express service at this point, all postage seems to be taking the same time and the same route, it’s not worth spending the extra money on express post, however if you choose to use this service will be post via express, we do not hold responsibility for the time frame not being met. Express post applies only to postage not to the processing of your order with our company.
